ABTA & ATOL

When you buy a package holiday via Sunlounger.com you can be reassured that it is covered by both our ABTA membership and the operators ATOL protection. We act as authorised agents for many of Tour Operators who hold an ATOL license and, when you purchase a package offered by one of these operators you will receive a copy of their ATOL certificate, which is protecting your booking, within 24 hours. When your booking is ATOL protected, In the unlikely event of the ATOL holders insolvency, the CAA will ensure that you are not stranded abroad and will arrange to refund any money you have paid to us, the Tour Operator, for an advance booking. ABTA Protection

Where you book a package holiday via Sunlounger.com which does not include a flight, most Tour Operators provide financial protection by way of a bond held by ABTA. Please refer to the Tour Operators booking conditions for details.

No Financial Protection

Please note, If you book arrangements other than a package holiday or flight – such as accommodation only or car hire, the financial protection mentioned above doesn’t apply. If this is important we recommend you obtain appropriate travel insurance that provides suitable cover or you book a package holiday.
