Holiday Vouchers

Purchased Vouchers

1. Holiday Vouchers can be claimed against any qualifying, ATOL bonded, booking.
2. The Holiday Voucher can only be used once on one individual booking, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, discounts or price match holidays.
3. You must inform our travel consultants at the time of enquiry that you intend to use the Holiday Voucher.
4. Holiday Vouchers are valid for a period of 24 months from the date of issue. Date of issue can be found on the reverse of the voucher.
5. Holiday Vouchers cannot be used as sole payment of a ‘low deposit’.
6. Holiday Vouchers must be used in full towards the outstanding balance of a booking or standard deposit amount due. Where a Holiday Vouchers’ value is less than the balance or standard deposit amount due then the outstanding difference must be paid by another means.
7. Holiday Vouchers do not have a monetary value. They cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash. If a full/partial refund is due for any reason, any part of the booking that was paid for using a Holiday Voucher will be returned by issuing a new Holiday Voucher.
8. Holiday Vouchers purchases are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

10. Vouchers are issued in minimum and maximum amounts of £25 and £500 respectively, up to any limit.

Promotional Vouchers

1. Only one Promotional Holiday Voucher code can be claimed per booking.
2. The discount code can only be used once on one individual booking, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, discounts or price match holidays.
3. You must inform our travel consultants at the time of enquiry that you intend to use the Promotional Holiday Voucher.
4. Promotional Holiday Vouchers are valid for a period of 24 months from the date of issue. Date of issue can be found on the reverse of the voucher.
5. Promotional Holiday Vouchers have minimum spend limit requirements dependent on their value and booking operator.
6. Promotional Holiday Vouchers cannot be used as sole payment of a ‘low deposit’.
