She’s a big believer in always discovering somewhere new and has never travelled to the same place twice. Last year, she spent a month exploring Spain and Portugal. The first half of her trip took her to sunny hotspots like Alicante, Benidorm, and Calpe, before swapping beaches for road trips and heading north. Jumping in the car, she explored Portugal’s hidden gems, stopping off in beautiful cities like Porto and Aveiro along the way.
